This 60-minute journey begins on our warm, Himalayan salt-heated floor, where the therapeutic properties of the salt support respiratory health, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm. As you settle in, you’ll be guided through a meditative tea ritual, rooted in ancient traditions that honour stillness, mindfulness, and presence. Each sip becomes an invitation to pause and be here now.
