The Salt Grounded Room

Step into a softly lit sanctuary where the floor is covered in warm, natural salt crystals, designed to help you feel grounded from the moment you arrive. Each class takes place in this cocoon‑like space, where gentle halotherapy supports easier breathing, deep relaxation, and a calm, focused mind.

Choose from three signature classes designed to blend mindful movement with the calming, restorative effects of our warm salt environment.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic, breath‑led flow that links each movement to your inhale and exhale, helping you build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus while staying fully present.​
Expect a steady, creative sequence with options for different bodies and experience levels, ideal if you want to move, sweat, and leave feeling energized yet grounded by the soothing salt room atmosphere

Restorative Stretch

A gentle, deeply relaxing class that uses longer‑held, supported postures and slow breathing to calm the nervous system and invite full‑body release.​
This practice is perfect for stress relief, recovery from burnout or injury, and cultivating a sense of calm and renewal, amplified by the quiet, cocoon‑like feel of the salt grounded room.

Power Core

A focused mat‑based class that combines mindful movement with core‑strengthening exercises to support alignment, posture, and stability.​
You will work the deep core, hips, and back in controlled, intentional sequences, building functional strength that supports everyday movement while the salt environment encourages easier breathing and tension release.

Melissa “The Major” is a dynamic wellness professional who leads yoga, fitness, meditation, and sound bath experiences around the world, from boutique studios and gyms to resorts and luxury cruise ships. She brings a blend of joyful energy and grounded expertise to every class, creating an inclusive space where beginners and seasoned practitioners can move, breathe, and reset together.
