We offer halotherapy (salt room sessions), massage therapy, infrared sauna sessions, body wraps and scrubs, facial treatments, yoga and meditation classes, and intuitive healing and mediumship.
What is salt therapy (halotherapy)?
Halotherapy is a wellness experience in a room designed to mimic the atmosphere of a salt cave. A halogenerator disperses fine salt particles into the air while you relax in a comfortable chair. Many guests enjoy it as a calm, quiet break from a busy day. It is a wellness experience, not a medical treatment.How does a salt room work?
Our salt room uses a halogenerator that disperses fine, pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air of a controlled room. Guests simply sit back, breathe naturally and relax.
What can I expect from a session?
Sessions are designed for relaxation, and many guests describe feeling calm and rested afterwards. Individual experiences vary, and salt room sessions are not a substitute for medical care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Is the salt room suitable for everyone?
Most guests can enjoy a session, but it may not be right for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a respiratory or heart condition, an active infection, open wounds or a recent surgery, or if you are unsure, please check with your healthcare provider before booking.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children are welcome with a parent or guardian, and guardians must accompany children under 12. We provide toys and a child-friendly atmosphere. Child sessions start at $20, and children under 5 are free with prior notice. Please see our Salt Therapy for Kids page for details.
Do children need to prepare for a session?
No special preparation is needed. Comfortable clothes are best, and please avoid perfumes or heavily scented lotions.
How long is a session?
A typical session lasts 45 minutes. You will relax in a zero-gravity chair under a soft blanket while the halogenerator runs.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and avoid perfumes, colognes or heavily scented lotions. We provide optional robes and socks, and the salt will not damage your clothing.
What is the etiquette for the salt room?
Please use a quiet indoor voice, avoid playing with or disturbing the salt, and do not bring electronic devices. Guardians must accompany children under 12.
Should I shower before or after a session?
We suggest showering before your session to remove lotions, oils and perfumes. Many guests prefer to wait until later to shower.
How often should I visit?
That is up to you. Some guests come occasionally as a treat, and others make it a regular part of their self-care routine.
Can I combine salt room sessions with massage?
Yes. Many guests pair a salt room session with a massage for a full day of relaxation. Ask us about packages.
What is an infrared sauna?
An infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to warm the body with radiant heat at a lower air temperature than a traditional sauna. It is a relaxing wellness experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Salt Holistic Spa, we strive to provide the highest level of service and accommodate all of our clients’ needs. To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit of the service cost is required at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time or in the case of a no-show.
Deposit Usage: Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service upon completion of your appointment.
No Transfer of Fees: Cancellation fees or deposits cannot be transferred to future appointments.
