Designed for a small group of just 4–5 guests, this mini-retreat creates the space you’ve been craving to exhale fully, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.
As you recline on soft mats under gentle lighting, you’ll be guided through a therapeutic sound bath using crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones. These healing frequencies work on a cellular level, helping to quiet the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and bring the brain into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.
