Our specially designed salt room features walls and floors covered in pure Himalayan pink salt, creating a serene microclimate that promotes respiratory health, reduces stress, and enhances overall wellbeing. During this 60-minute class, you'll flow through gentle to moderate yoga poses while breathing in the mineral-rich salt air. The negative ions released by the salt help purify your respiratory system, boost your immune function, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Perfect for all skill levels, our experienced instructors will guide you through breathing techniques and postures designed to maximize the therapeutic benefits of the salt environment. Whether you're looking to improve your breathing, reduce inflammation, or simply find a peaceful escape from daily stress, this unique wellness experience offers something special. What to bring: Comfortable clothing, water bottle, and an open mind. Mats and props provided.
Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without losing your deposit. Deposits for canceled appointments within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded or transferred to a future appointment. Clients must provide accurate information, including health-related details, to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client fails to disclose relevant health information or violates these terms. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CND). Full payment for services is required at the time of the appointment, and refunds are not offered for completed services.
