This package combines a 45 minutes private couples session in our warm Himalayan Salt Room with a 30 minutes relaxation head, neck, and shoulder massage. You’ll finish with herbal tea and a small chocolate treat, giving you space to breathe deeper, release stress, and reconnect in a calm, screen-free sanctuary at Salt Holistic Spa in London, Ontario. During your private salt room session, you’ll settle into cozy loungers surrounded by the soft amber glow of Himalayan salt bricks and the soothing soundscape of our cave-like space. The salt-enriched air supports easier, more comfortable breathing while the tranquil environment gently calms the nervous system, making it easier to let go of everyday tension. Your relaxation massage focuses on releasing tightness through the scalp, neck, and shoulders—areas where stress often builds up—using gentle, flowing techniques rather than deep or intense pressure. This makes the Salt & Serenity Date ideal for couples who want to feel cared for and restored without feeling sore the next day. Whether it’s your first time visiting a salt spa or you’re returning for a special occasion, this package offers a simple, heartfelt way to celebrate love, rest, and shared well-being.
