What's included: 30-minute infrared sauna session for two 45-minute couples session in our Himalayan salt room with guided meditation 45-minute full-body relaxation massage for each partner Herbal tea and light snacks to conclude your retreat Approximate total time in spa: 2 hours for two guests The Holistic Love Retreat is our most immersive Valentine's experience, created as a mini wellness day for couples. You'll begin with a 30-minute infrared sauna session to gently warm the body, support circulation, and prepare your muscles for deeper relaxation. Then you'll share a 45-minute couples salt room session with guided meditation, helping you breathe easier and settle your nervous system. Each partner then receives a 45-minute full-body relaxation massage to release tension throughout the body. The retreat concludes with herbal tea and light snacks so you can integrate, reflect, and step back into your day feeling truly reset and reconnected.

Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without losing your deposit. Deposits for canceled appointments within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded or transferred to a future appointment. Clients must provide accurate information, including health-related details, to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client fails to disclose relevant health information or violates these terms. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CND). Full payment for services is required at the time of the appointment, and refunds are not offered for completed services. This is a complementary wellness service delivered on-site by a licensed dental professional. Not a substitute for dental diagnosis or treatment.
