A Few Notes Before You Go
Heat is not right for everyone. If you are pregnant, sensitive to heat or have a health condition, check with your healthcare provider before booking a sauna. Drinking water before and after is a good habit. For salt cave prices for every age group, see our salt cave price guide, and for more combinations read our wellness spa packages guide.
