How the 75 minutes unfold
45 minutes in the salt room. Settle into a lounger in our Himalayan salt cave while soft light and salty air set a slower pace. It is a calm, screen-free stretch of time, and a wellness experience rather than a medical treatment.
30 minutes in the infrared sauna. Gentle infrared warmth gives you a soft way to unwind and let go of the day.
A herbal tea ritual. You finish with a warm cup, so the visit ends slowly instead of rushing straight back to your phone.

The Couple Salt & Serenity Date is the same idea for two: a private 45-minute couples session in the salt room, a 30-minute relaxation massage of the head, neck and shoulders for two, herbal tea and a small chocolate treat. It is $149 for 1 hour 30 minutes.
